I am luck to have visited St Lucia and I adore the lush tropical leaves, colourful houses and stunning landscape. I stayed at this wornderful place, Fond Doux, an ex cocoa plantation with the most charming owners, who have retained a few plantation huts to stay in. Here is the view towards the one in which we stayed - I think it is a Calabash fruit in the foreground.
